一、职位描述

救助儿童会城市青少年就业支持项目，旨在提升城市地区弱势青少年群体的就业能力，并建立青少年就业与发展所需的支持性环境，从而提升青年就业质量。根据不同行业对青年从业者职业素养的具体要求，面向中职学校青少年、校外流动青年开展职业软技能培训。同时，通过改善现有职业指导服务，提升青年群体的职业认知与职业定位，拓展青少年的职业选择。

新一轮的项目将于2018-2021年在广州和深圳开展，现因项目需要，计划招募一位顾问，于2019年6月（拟定6月14日）为在广州开展的“推动流动青年体面就业”——企业实践经验分享研讨会提供技术支持。

二、主要职责

    作为技术顾问参与研讨会，并就“企业和社会组织在促进青年体面就业中的角色和作用”方面主题进行时长约30分钟的分享；

    参与研讨会中的圆桌讨论，并就“如何联动企业和社会组织参与促进青少年职业发展”方面的议题提供个人见解和经验分享。

三、任职条件

    社会学、经济学等相关专业的硕士或以上学历；

    熟悉企业和社会组织，并具备一定的咨询服务经验；

    对就业问题有深入研究，或在该领域有丰富工作经验；

    优秀的书写能力和沟通能力；

    能遵守救助儿童会的各项规章制度，如儿童保护条款等。
