救助儿童会是全球领先的、独立的儿童慈善组织，1919年成立于英国。目前全球有25000余名员工在117个国家开展工作。20世纪80年代，救助儿童会进入中国，开始在安徽、云南、西藏开展项目。2013年6月，救助儿童会成为在中国民政部注册的24 家境外基金会代表处之一。2017年，依法注册成为境外非政府组织在华代表机构，代表处设立在北京，在中国12个省、自治区和直辖市开展儿童教育、健康、保护、减贫、减灾救灾和儿童权利倡导等工作。在过去的一年中救助儿童会在全球通过项目、宣传倡导以及与伙伴机构的合作直接惠及3870 万儿童（其中 50.3% 女童，49.7% 男童）和2910万成年人。

职位名称：青年就业支持项目实习生

招聘人数: 1名

工作时间：每周不少于3天

具体工作职责：

1. Responsible for the regular collection and collation of project related materials, including reports, photos, video and other materials.

负责项目相关资料的定期收集和整理，包括报告、照片、视频及其它资料。

2. Responsible for assisting the implementation of project activities, providing administrative and logistical assistance, including training, activities, meetings, etc.

负责协助项目活动的开展，提供行政及后勤协助，包括培训、活动、会议等。

3. Responsible for the recording of related meetings and activities.

负责相关会议和活动的记录工作。

4. Assist in project publicity, responsible for activity newsletter, briefing, press release and publicity material development.

协助项目宣传工作，负责制作活动简讯、简报、新闻稿以及宣传品开发。

5. Responsible for assisting in accounting, procurement and contract signing.

负责协助财务报账、采购及合同签署工作。

任职要求：

1. 本硕在读/毕业，社会学、管理学、教育学专业优先；

2. 有较强的责任心和耐心，能按时完成工作，愿意学习并具有良好的沟通能力；

3. 优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力。

到岗时间：2021年2月1日，至少实习三个月

工作地点：新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区中山路339号,国家开发银行大厦写字间12楼C&D座

实习补贴和机会：

1. 提供实习津贴，按照救助儿童会的规定，提供每个工作日100元，半个工作日50元的实习生补贴；

2. 因项目工作需求，出差产生的食宿交通费用由救助儿童会承担，救助儿童会代扣代缴个人所得税；

3. 救助儿童会为完整完成实习协议期限者出具实习证明。
