CHILD SAFEGUARDING
Level 1：the consultant will not have contact with children and/or young people, or access to personal data about children or young people, as part of their work; therefore a police check will not be mandatory unless the content or location of the role changes, in which case the Child Safeguarding level will be reviewed.

儿童生命早期是一个充满希望和快速发展的时期，这一时期发育中的大脑最容易受到早期刺激、早期经验和家庭环境的影响。为支持受人口流动影响的0-8岁儿童，包括留守儿童和流动儿童、以及残障儿童能够通过游戏充分发挥他们的潜力，国际救助儿童会（英国）北京代表处（以下称“救助儿童会”）于2023年4月至2026年3月计划在以下四个项目区域：云南省、贵州省、上海及长三角地区、四川省凉山州实施为期三年的儿童早期发展项目。
项目地区目前缺乏专业的培训师队伍。经验丰富的教师也缺乏设计和提供培训的技能和方法。考虑到项目的可持续性，本项目拟计划通过TOT培训，提高上海和云南当地骨干教师设计培训、协调培训、督导培训等方面的技能，并支持当地骨干教师的学习和成长，最终形成上海和云南当地的培训师团队。
Background
The first years of a child’s life are a time of great promise and rapid change, when the developing brain is most open to the influence of relationships, stimulation and experiences. To support children aged 0-8 affected by population migration, including left-behind children and migrant children, as well as disabled children, could realize their full potential through play, Save the Children plans to implement the 3-year project of Early Steps to Success (ESS) Phase II in the following four project areas from April 2023 to March 2026: Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region, and Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province.
There is a lack of a professional training team in the project areas. Experienced teachers also lack the skills and methods to design and deliver training workshops. Given the sustainability of the project, the project designed TOT workshops to equip the local key teachers in Shanghai and Yunnan with training design skills, facilitation skills, coaching and monitoring skills and support the learning and growth of local key teachers, so as to form a team of local trainers in Shanghai and Yunnan.

本次培训的主题将涵盖骨干教师的培训设计技能和培训协调技能。培训师将根据当地骨干教师的需求和背景设计培训计划，并分别为上海和云南的骨干教师提供TOT培训。
通过培训工作坊，项目点当地的骨干教师将进一步提高培训能力，建立当地培训师团队，并为后续项目可持续运行奠定基础。
Purpose
The topic of the training will cover training design and facilitation skills for key teachers. The trainer will design a training plan based on local key teachers’ needs and background, and deliver the TOT workshops to key teachers in Shanghai and Yunnan respectively.
Through the TOT workshops, the local key teachers will further strengthen their capacity as a trainer, build up the local trainer teams, and lay the foundation for the sustainable operation of the project.

职位要求
l 大学本科以上学历，学前教育，教育学,社会工作或其他相关专业;
l 具备TOT培训的知识;
l 具备丰富的培训经验，包括参与式培训和TOT培训;
l 有与非政府组织或其他教育机构合作的经历，特别是学前教育的相关机构;
l 对农村地区有一定了解/有在农村地区的工作经验。
Person Specifications required
l Minimum university degree in ECCD, Education, Social Work or other relevant areas;
l Good knowledge of TOT Training;
l Extensive experience in conducting training, including participatory training and TOT training;
l Extensive experience in working with INGOs or other education institutions, especially preschools;
l Good knowledge of/work experience in rural areas.
