We undertake rigorous procedures to ensure that only people suitable to work with children are allowed to join our organisation and all candidates will be therefore be subject to this scrutiny.

角色的目的和预期结果:

正向教养是一个标准的育儿课程，旨在向中国的父母和照顾者提供免暴力的育儿技能。经过两年的正向教养项目，我们有52位经过认证的正向教养导师，每年超过一万名家长从中受益。

正向教养同时也着力于其他分支，例如，包容性教育、基础教育以及儿童早期发展。

为有效回应合作伙伴的家长工作坊的需要，正向教养项目计划招募一批经过认证的正向教养导师，作为我们的外部导师在中国提供标准的家长工作坊以及培训材料

职位要求，技术背景和经验要求:

·         至少具备2年开展正向教养工作坊的经验(至少8个10小时工作坊)

·         曾担任正向教养的合作导师，并由核心导师推荐。
