救助儿童会是全球领先的、独立的儿童慈善组织，1919年成立于英国。目前全球有25000余名员工在117个国家开展工作。20世纪80年代，救助儿童会进入中国，开始在安徽、云南、西藏开展项目。2013年6月，救助儿童会成为在中国民政部注册的24 家境外基金会代表处之一。2017年，依法注册成为境外非政府组织在华代表机构，代表处设立在北京，在中国12个省、自治区和直辖市开展儿童教育、健康、保护、减贫、减灾救灾和儿童权利倡导等工作。在过去的一年中救助儿童会在全球通过项目、宣传倡导以及与伙伴机构的合作直接惠及3870 万儿童（其中 50.3% 女童，49.7% 男童）和2910万成年人。

项目背景：

救助儿童会Adolescent Skills for a Successful Transition (ASST) 项目为流动青少年与职业学校学生提供就业技术支持，为青少年在就业、数字技术等方面赋能。其中Equip today to Thrive Tomorrow (ET3) 项目旨在减少下一代青少年数字与技术学习中潜在的性别和社会障碍，以最大化年轻一代的学习潜能与技术优势。项目预计将影响112,040位8-14岁流动青少年。权利与性别分析（Gender & Power, GAP Analysis）将作为ET3项目的前期研究，着重分析青少年发展过程中所遇到的性别与社会障碍，为后期项目的开展执行提供建议。

工作内容：

Under the overall supervision of ASST Project Senior Officer and MEAL Senior Officer, the consultant will perform the following tasks:

顾问向ASST项目高级项目官员和监测与评估高级官员报告，顾问具体工作职责包括：

1.      Conduct literature review for context

负责完成文献综述的梳理

2.      Develop research protocol with data collection tools

开发研究模板与数据收集工具

3.      Collect raw data (i.e. from surveys, interview/Focus Group notes, interview/Focus Group transcripts, recordings, journal entries, photos (if using Photo Voice)

负责项目相关资料的数据收集（包括但不限于问卷、访谈、焦点小组访谈、照片、视频等）

4.      Draft and final report – required report components include:

起草并完成研究报告，研究报告要求含有

a)    Introduction 研究介绍

b)    Executive Summary 执行摘要

c)     Background [with some information from the literature review] 研究背景 （包含文献综述） 

d)    Methodology 研究方法

e)    Key Findings and Implications 主要研究成果与分析

f)      Recommendations 政策与项目建议

5.      Facilitate action planning session(s)

主持基于研究结果开展的行动计划研讨会

6.      Write GAP Strategy based on GAP Analysis findings and recommendations along with input from action planning session(s)

基于研究分析结果与建议以及行动计划研讨会的产出撰写GAP战略报告

职位要求：

1.      At least 1 years’ full-time or part-time work experience in education, social work or other NGO work related field;

至少一年在教育、社工或者其他非营利领域工作的全职或兼职工作经验

2.      Strong academic background in social science such as education, sociology or gender studies;

教育学、社会学与性别研究等社会科学背景优先

3.      Proven ability to take lead on research including developing research methods, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data, analyzing data and drafting research report;

熟悉研究方法、定性定量研究、数据分析与报告撰写

4.      Knowledge in Social Emotional Learning, growth mindset and digital technology education;

熟悉社会情感教育、成长性思维与数字科技教育等议题

5.      Skills and experience in conducting ethical and inclusive research involving children and child participatory techniques;

有儿童领域研究经验或者儿童参与的项目经验优先

6.      Skills and experience in managing and coordinating a range of government, non-government, community groups and academic stakeholders

有与政府、非政府、社区与学术界等利益相关者合作的经验优先

7.      Good Chinese and English report writing and presentation skills; 

良好的中英文写作能力与口头沟通能力

8.      Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
