救助儿童会是全球领先的、独立的儿童慈善组织，1919年成立于英国。目前全球有25000余名员工在117个国家开展工作。20世纪80年代，救助儿童会进入中国，开始在安徽、云南、西藏开展项目。2013年6月，救助儿童会成为在中国民政部注册的24 家境外基金会代表处之一。2017年，依法注册成为境外非政府组织在华代表机构，代表处设立在北京，在中国12个省、自治区和直辖市开展儿童教育、健康、保护、减贫、减灾救灾和儿童权利倡导等工作。在过去的一年中救助儿童会在全球通过项目、宣传倡导以及与伙伴机构的合作直接惠及3870 万儿童（其中 50.3% 女童，49.7% 男童）和2910万成年人。
项目背景：
自2020年开始，上海儿童早期发展项目开始探索0-3岁领域，旨在提升0-3岁孩子家长的科学育儿的观念、知识和技能。项目将基于一个社区开展，活动包括：为社区活动中心配备儿童适宜的材料；为服务人员提供培训；组织家长讲座；组织社区亲子活动；开展亲子互动评估和指导；开发亲子互动主题系列视频。
Starting in 2020, Shanghai ECCD Project has begun to explore the field of 0-3 years old, aiming to improve caregivers’ knowledge, attitudes and skills. The community-based project will include: equipping ECCD center with age-appropriate materials; training ECCD workers; organizing parental lectures; organizing family group sessions; conducting caregiver-child interaction evaluation and coaching; developing a series of videos on caregiver-child interaction topics.

Under the overall supervision of the budget holder of the Early Childhood Care and Development project, the consultant will perform the following tasks:

职位要求：
Person Specifications required:
博士学历，在0-3岁儿童早期发展和婴幼儿亲子互动方面有丰富经验。
Doctoral degree with rich experience in ECCD 0-3 and caregiver-child interaction.
有培训和课程开发经验者优先。
Experience in training and curriculum development is preferred.
能够与救助儿童会的同事及其他项目利益相关方合作。
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across Save the Children and with various external project stakeholders.
良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
负责、专业并具有良好的合作能力。
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good teamwork ability.
认同并理解救助儿童会的目标、价值观及原则。
Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
